 1. Core Material & Anti-Corrosion Performance

• PP (Polypropylene) Material: Constructed from PP, this equipment offers excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and salt solutions (with a wide pH tolerance ranging from 1 to 14). It is also lightweight and relatively cost-effective.
• Temperature Range: Standard PP typically operates between -10°C and 90°C. For higher temperature requirements, modified PP or PPH materials can withstand up to 100°C, meeting the needs of most conventional anti-corrosion stirring applications.
• Structural Process: High-quality PP mixing tanks are usually manufactured using an integrated extrusion winding process. The seamless tank body and smooth, dead-corner-free inner wall effectively minimize leakage risks and make cleaning much easier.

• Power Supply Standard: Powered by an AC 380V/50Hz three-phase five-wire system (TN-S system), which is the standard setup for industrial stationary mixing equipment, ensuring the stable operation of high-power motors.
• Safety & Grounding: Since friction between the materials and the tank wall during stirring can easily generate static electricity, the equipment must be equipped with an independent static dissipation system. The static grounding resistance is typically required to be no greater than 100Ω to prevent safety hazards caused by static accumulation.
• Operation Monitoring: Current and temperature must be monitored during operation. In case of anomalies like a jammed impeller, the current will spike, requiring immediate shutdown for troubleshooting. Additionally, the temperature of the motor stator and bearings should be checked regularly to prevent insulation aging or overheating burnout.

• Pneumatic Stirring Motor:Can be upgraded to a pneumatic motor, making it ideal for environments with explosion-proof requirements.
